Is there parking close to the apartments?
The apartments are located in a pedestrian zone, guaranteeing peace and comfort.
Several parking solutions are available nearby:

Parking des Berges and Parking Foch, guarded and paying, approx. 200 metres away

Parking des Arènes, free, about 400 metres away
On request, we can send you the exact location of the parking lots with photos to facilitate your arrival.
For spa visitors, special long-term parking passes are available in Dax (approx. €40 for 3 weeks, subject to conditions). As terms and conditions may change, we recommend that you contact your spa or the parking department of Dax town hall for further information.
How do you get there?
Arrivals are from 5pm.
Sabine will welcome you on site to hand over the keys.
In the event of late arrival, independent access is provided via a secure key box (soon to be fitted with a code lock). Access information is transmitted after validation of the bank imprint.
How is the entry and exit inventory carried out?
The inventory of fixtures is carried out by our staff when the keys are handed over.
If you are arriving on your own, the inventory of fixtures is carried out by our teams when preparing the apartment, according to a detailed checklist.
The departure inventory of fixtures takes place at 11am at the latest, ideally with the tenants. If this is not possible, it is carried out by our teams during cleaning.
How far are Dax train station and Biarritz airport from each other?
Dax train station is about 1.2 km from the apartment (about 4 minutes by car or 18 minutes on foot).
Biarritz airport is around 63 km away ( 45 minutes by car).
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided systematically.
We have selected comfortable, top-of-the-range quality linen, included in the price, for a serene stay from the moment you arrive.
Are the apartments suitable for people with reduced mobility?
The apartments are located on the 1st and 2ᵉ floors of an old building in Dax and do not have an elevator.
Unfortunately, they are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Is a deposit required?
A security deposit of €500 is required in the form of a secure bank imprint.
This is not debited and is released after the stay, subject to the accommodation being in good condition.
